I am trying to format my video captions so there are no captions that span multiple lines. When I preview the slide/video in Storyline, all the captions take only one line. But, when I view the online preview on Review360, there are many that wrap around to a second line. Is there a way to ensure the preview matches the published version? Or to know how captions will appear?
There isn't a way to control how many lines the closed caption feature can use when displaying captions. Still, the ability to customize the formatting and position of closed captions for each slide is a feature that some community members have previously requested.
