I'm unable to make the captions work, I imported a powerpoint into articulate which already had audio and inserted caption via articulate but it doesn't appear on the presentation...Please help!
Does the button to turn closed captions on and off appear on presentation, but it doesn't turn the captions on? Or do you not see even the button to turn them on?
