Hi, one of our clients is trying to capture an SAP software application. When he captures it, I observe over webex and it appears he's doing everything right. He sizes the capture area correctly over the entire app window, which is in the middle of his desktop screen.
But when he finishes, the capture recording (any length of time) the result video is skewed off to one side. It shows only half the app, and the other half is just desktop space to the right.

Solved: He had his Desktop Display settings at 125%.
Glad you solved it, Garrett! Those display settings are often the culprit for oddities in a screen capture.
