Capturing Signatures Upon Completion
Aug 25, 2015
Hi All--
The past two modules that I have published have given a small handful of my users issues with registering the completion in the LMS. I have checked my settings and publication criteria and have even had a collegue, who is much more versed in Articulate, take a look at it and we can't seem to find the issue. I was wondering if it was because a couple of updates have been pushed out for Articulate 2 that I haven't run yet. Could this be the case? Any suggestions?

Hi Jaceica!
A great test to determine if the issue lies with the course or with your LMS is to test the content in SCORM Cloud.
Hi Leslie! Thanks for the tip. Once I have uploaded the file, which I have, where should I look for any signs of errors? Does the program automatically detect any bugs?
Hi Matthew! I am using Articulate 2. I thought the same thing, but when I watched someone complete the training, they never got the signature page to launch in the LMS. I even assigned it to myself and tried it out and it worked perfectly for me. Any ideas?
I think I may have figured out the issue. When I orignially designed the module, tracking was set to mark completion after viewing 5 slides. Since then, i have updated the module and only 2 slides need to be viewed. I didn't update this in my tracking criteria. I'm sure that is what it is, but while I'm testing this out, any other suggestion would be great in case this is not the issues.
Thanks for the update Jaceica! Let us know your results. As far as testing in SCORM Cloud, it's more of an issue of if you are able to replicate the behavior.
