CC Option Issue

I have uploaded a course on LMS for testing....it has CC added to it....however, when launched....for some of them, CC option is visible....but not for others until they remove the caches and refresh the page...any idea?

The course was initially made on Camtasia...but when published through it...the uploaded course was buffering on LMS.

Then, I published the MP4 video and Captions separately from Camtasia...and then imported both of them in Storyline, and then I published the file using Storyline and uploaded it in LMS.

Any idea why is this happening?

Thanks for reaching out!

I'm very interested in knowing if you are able to replicate the behavior when your course is hosted on a different environment. Have you tried publishing your course to web or Review 360 to see if you are able to replicate the behavior there?

Additionally you'll also want to test your course in a different LMS to see if the issue is specific to the LMS that you're using. Try testing the behavior in SCORM Cloud to see if you will still experience the issue there.

If the issue persists after testing in different environments, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
