I have created a course using Articulate storyline and after the assessment it should launch a HTML slightly modified certificate. When uploaded to my testing server, it works fine online. However, when this is placed onto a Moodle LMS it fails to launch the page. I have checked that popups are allowed, but this didn't change anything, so I'm thinking it may be a pathway issue in the referencing once on Moodle(?).

I am very frustrated with this application right now. Isn't there anyone who has a telephone? Having to wait for hours to a question is not much support for me.

Trying to figure out the LMS is not any simpler. They provide the same type of support. It is very frustrating trying to settle issues and move forward with the evolution of our eLearning solution.
Live chat support is available as a part of our platinum membership plan detailed here. But since the certificate issue is one handled by the LMS, it wouldn't be something our team would be able to support you with either.
How do I access Live Chat? We did purchase the Platinum support plan. I may have logged into it when the application was first installed but today don't have a clue.

Also, we don't offer phone support - and we don't support the creation of certificates as it's typically something handled by the LMS. You may want to reach out to your LMS team if you're having difficulty with this.
