Is it possible to change the default settings of hotspots so that each scene will have the clue show up at the start of the timeline, not when the mouse hovers over it? Please let me know if this is possible,
I don't know the answer to that, but I thought I'd reference the thread where you first asked how to set up a hotspot that would show the "try it" clue immediately so community members and staff would have a better idea what you were referring to. I think it's a great question.
You can do this when you add the recording to your project. On the Insert Slides window, select Try mode steps from the drop-down, then click the Try mode options link. A new window will open, and you can change the Show hint captions drop-down menu to Always. That should do it!
