I have the same problem, but only get a "general" option. Nothing to change the language from Chinese. I've tried looking at the drop-down next to my name, as was suggested in other post, but there is nothing.
Hello M.L. - Looks like you are utilizing 360 and you are correct about utilizing the drop down beside your profile image as this documentation states.
What do you mean you see nothing? Mine looks like this and you would want to click on Preferences (which is the second choice):
Just to back up Leslie's images, I had previously recorded a video of this that you could follow along with since you may not be able to read Chinese (nor can I!) so this is the way to change all the steps and where you click.
