I have a click-to-learn slide consisting of a graphic of a paper form. When the user clicks a field on the form, a layer pops up with information about that field.
I want the user to click every field before the Next button becomes active. I've done this with objects, but it's looking like I can't do it with layers or hot spots.
I would also like to insert a red check mark next to the field when the user clicks the field - at the same time as the popup layer with the text box shows.
Instead of hotspots, use transparent objects. You can add the checkmark to the objects' Visited state and then use a trigger to change state of Next button to Normal if all objects are in Visited state.
see if the attached is what you need. I've only worked on the first two fields.
I created the red ticks for cust name and business name on the base layer and set the initial state to hidden then set them to change state to normal when the user clicked the field.
I created a trigger to change the state of the next button to normal when the state of the two ticks are normal.

This is GREAT! Thank you so much. :-)
