Change serial number / account

I had a license provided by a former employer, but now have changed employers and have a new license via a new email. In my current installed version of storyline, how do i switch the serial code to be linked to my new employer instead? I have set up an account with my new email, but was not provided a serial number.

Thanks for contacting us and letting us know that you need some help accessing your software.

It looks like your a seat holder on an Articulate 360 subscription and your Articulate ID is all you need to access the software.

You will need the Desktop Application and here's some information on getting up to speed.
