I had to replace my laptop and therefore reload storyline 2 with my existing license. However, I did not receive a new product confirmation email and can therefore not download the character pack.
How can I download the character pack....I do have the license/serial number?
I didn't see a support case for you yet, so I went ahead and opened one on your behalf, and our team will be able to check what is registered to you and send you the character bundle download and feel free to let them know if you need anything else.
