Changing Button States

I am trying to change the state of a button to visited once the user presses the A key on their keyboard. It seems to work when I Preview the slide, but not when I preview the Scene.
When the user clicks button A, it jumps out to another slide A. When the user returns to the main menu, the button turns purple (Visited). The interaction works fine when clicking on the button, but not when the user uses the keyboard to make their selection. When the user selects A on their keyboard, jumps out to the slide A and comes back the main menu, the button does not display as visited (purple).
I am using the . . .
- Jump to Scenario A when the user presses the A key.
- Change state of Scenario A to Visited when the user presses the A key.
- Slide properties: Automatically decide
Do you have any suggestions?

Reverse the trigger order so that "Change state of Scenario A to Visited when the user presses the A key." is executed BEFORE "Jump to Scenario A when the user presses the A key."
Oh my god. Thank you so much. It was so easy.
