After reading many other posts about this issue, I couldn't find anything related to Chrome and a basic font such as Arial.
I had this issue a few years back and it came down to browser (IE) however we now have a new LMS and must use Chrome. I have not had this issue at all since we used this new LMS and have also made sure the course is HTML only with flash gone as of yesterday here in Australia.
Our course is now live to our entire business so I will need a solution that will definitely work so I can replace the course with any changes over night so there is no disruption to our business whilst users are completing the course.
