Videos don't have states, but you could try using a bitmap as the video's Posterframe (right-click video and select a bitmap with Set Poster Frame) that looks like a greyed out/disabled video. Or you could try to use a bitmap that covers the video and when clicked starts playing it. It all depends on your exact requirements. Hope that gives you some ideas.
