The character bundle available for Articulate 2 and also for Storyline 360 is not very varied. I'd need casual business characters, ethnically diverse. Do you happen to know websites/providers for this?
I'd love to hear more about what types of characters you'd like to see as well! You can either share the ideas here or send them along to our team here. The great thing about Articulate 360 and Content Library is we're able to add things on a regular basis, so it'll be continually updated.
I passed this message along to one of my team mates who helps manage the Content library to see if he could weigh in or look at future characters that they're going to add. The great thing about Content Library is we're able to add to it at all times.
There isn't a functionality to insert outside characters as a part of the Insert tab. But you could add them in as images.

Hello again,
I would need an Asian looking character.
In the current set of animated characters, no one is very dark nor clearly Asian looking.
Then -- ideally develop female and male Asian characters and older and younger ones for flexibility.
I'd very much appreciate a link to a separate character in the storyline style which i can buy even from an external provider. Many thanks!!
