Character spacing on feedback master buttons

Hi folks,

I'm having an issue with my feedback master slides when I try to change the spacing of the characters on the buttons. 

It seems that the button will not allow any spacing other than normal. If you select the button and adjust the spacing, no change happens. If you select the text inside the button, the change will happen, but as soon as you deselect the button it will go back to normal spacing. 

It is possible on the individual slides to adjust the spacing on the buttons, there is not issue there, but would prefer to be able to do this with the master as opposed to individually.

I created a new file outside of my project and am still having the same issue. I've attached that file here.

I was able to recreate the behavior/experience you are describing.
