I know how to use a variable to personalize the course by using the learners name. What I also want to do is to allow them to pick their character, either male or female. The character will be in silhouette periodically thoughout the course. Based upon their earlier choice, I would like the character to be either male or female. Does anyone know how I can accomplish that?
I recommend taking a look at this discussion thread, and focusing specifically on Nancy's variable-to-dog solution. If you substitute Male/Female in place of Dog/No Dog, I think you're on track to your desired outcome.
