I have these guys from the Characters Bundle Volume 1, and when I insert them they appear very small and in very low resolution, when it says in the Articulate store that they are supposed to be in high resolution. Am I doing something wrong?
Are you inserting them from within the normal Storyline tab Insert -> Insert Characters -> Photographic? I haven't heard this before, but it may be worth conducting a repair of your Storyline Software.

Well it works now... Same mystery as yesterday when my .png were not transparent...Weird! it's good to know about the repair stuff though
