I created a multiple choice question with 2 tries. If the first try is incorrect, and the learner chooses another answer on the second try, then the check mark made during his first try remains on the screen. What do I need to do to make that first check mark disappear when the learner selects his second choice? Thanks for your help.
are these checkmarks you are adding into the text area of the responses? Might be easier for someone to help if they can see your setup - can you share the story file or just that slide?
No I have not added these. They are the normal boxes that display as part of the multiple choice question. I've attached the slide. Thanks for your help.
Sorry I misunderstood- you meant a Multiple Response Question
See updated file. I added triggers to the Try again layer to change the state of the checkboxes back to normal when the user clicks the Try Again button.

Hope this helps.
