Yes the same issue occurred in both Edge and Chrome.
Yes it was after we fixed a different trigger issue
Our course is hosted in our LMS
I have sent this post to the lead designer of this course so he is up to date as well.

Thank you Matthew, for jumping in, I was worried that the storyline code was creating an error.
We just had a user have this issue today. This error is preventing them from advancing in the course.
