I don't know what happened, but our old modules in Litmos that used to run fine under Firefox and Chrome no longer work properly in Chrome (stalling; when you click on an image, the layer doesn't come up).
These have been working fine for years, so I imagine there was an update to Chrome or Litmos that is causing problems.
It looks like you are hoping for some community assistance here, but please feel free to share your .story file if you need some help with testing your file in Chrome and SCORM Cloud for comparison.
Is it a particular published version? Does it happen if you re-publish and upload the course?

I have been on Storyline 360 now for the past year and only had a few different problems, but no longer with Chrome.
