When Storyline video controls are enabled and Flash is disabled in Chrome v55, there is an option that allow users to download the individual videos found within a course. Is there a way to disable this feature without having to go back into each course and disable the video controls?

We do not support the modification of published output and I do not know of how you would control that via user browser.
We typically advise a re-publish if something within the course needs to be changed.
