Chromeless Player Issue

Hi!

I have a chromeless player setup on my Storyline project and it's locked into landscape for mobile. Everything is fine when it's viewed on desktop both in preview and my LMS, but the mobile view loads it in off center. Additionally, it gets cropped in preview. I have it exported as HTML5 so there's no option to optimize for mobile. It's the same on both iphone and android. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

I've attached screenshots for both iphone view in my LMS and preview in Storyline.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the helpful visuals, and I'm sorry you ran into this! This is a match to an open issue in Storyline 360 that we are investigating.

Here's what we uncovered so far:

Behavior: Content appears off-center when viewing it in mobile landscape view. Specifically, when the classic player is enabled.
Workaround: The bug doesn't appear when enabling the modern player.

I'll share your example in our report so we can notify you of any changes!

I do have it set as the modern player... :-/

Hi Andrew,

Oh no! I'm not finding any reports with the modern player so we'll want to take a closer look.

Are you comfortable with sharing your project for testing? You can use this private upload link. We'll review in on mobile and let you know what we find!
