Hi community! I need help with mobile users viewing the storyline elements within my rise course. I have the latest version of storyline and player. When I preview the course in storyline from a mobile view, it works fine but once it's inserted into rise- when I try it on my phone, it doesn't work :(
I would appreciate any advice you have to fix this. Thanks so much!

Is the behavior that you're experiencing happening only on specific devices, or does it happen regardless of which device is used to view the course?
Do you have your course published to web or LMS? Are you able to replicate the behavior when you access your course in Review 360?
