When I use a course developed in Storyline with the ChromeVox screen reader in a Chromium browser (computer with Chrome OS), the screen reader sometimes selects 2 or 3 buttons at once instead of selecting one button at a time. Please see the image attached. Is this a known issue? And is there a workaround?
Sorry about the issue you're having with ChromeVox. Currently, ChromeVox isn't one of our supported screen readers, but you could try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure Chromium and your device are fully updated.
2. Clear Chromium cache.
3. Restart your device.
4. Reinstall ChromeVox.
If one of those options don't work, I will defer to the E-Learning Heroes community. There are many talented developers there that may have some experience with ChromeVox.
