I have a course that uses custom navigation in the classic player. All controls except seek and volume are disabled. If I select my custom previous button, the player previous and next buttons show up. This only happens on knowledge checks. I've attached an image. Any thoughts?
Each slide in your project can use the default player features or custom features for that slide only. You can check those options by right-clicking the base layer of the slide and choosing Slide Properties:
All of the slides are set to use custom navigation and player features. I am including a screenshot. It only happens when you go back to a question slide.
When learners review a quiz (or revisit question slides they've already submitted), they'll see Articulate Storyline's built-in Prev and Next buttons in the lower right corner of the player—even if you've disabled them throughout your course. These navigation buttons are necessary for learners to review quiz slides.
