Client wants to run content on Windows Tablet

I have a client that wants to run their content on a Windows tablet. Any one using Storyline that way.  My thought was to publish it (for CD) and install the files on the tablet. We've been attempting to test that and I've tried to zip the files and send them using yousendit but they're getting an error message when running the executable (Publisher could not be verified). When I hit Run, it shows a popup that says, "Navigation to webpage was canceled.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
