Only in the first and last slide the closed captions shows the first sentence and then get stuck, I deleted the audio file and do it again, and the same issue is happening. Any clue?
Hi there, Gad. It sounds like you're seeing some issues with your closed captions on the first and last slide in your projects.
When the captions get stuck, is this happening in preview or after you've published?
Also, can you confirm the version of Storyline you're using? Go to Help > About Storyline.
I did a quick mockup in our latest version and tested the HTML5 and Flash outputs. The closed captions played as expected for me in each environment. If you'd like to attach your .story file, I'm happy to test out your setup as well!
I had the same issue: the captions get stuck on the first sentence on every slide. It always happen in preview mode and after publishing, it happens only when I resume where I left, only in Internet Explorer. If I start from the beginning, it works again. This issue never happen in Google Chrome for me.
Did you run your project in other browsers? Maybe some which can handle html5?
Can you share a copy of your .story file with us? It looks like we hadn't replicated the issue based on Gad's description.
Also, can you check what update of Storyline you're on? Storyline 3 update 3 was just released this week, and Storyline 360 Update 13 was about a week ago.
