We are seeing a problem with captioning in Chrome vs IE 11 when publishing to html5. In Chrome the captions and the audio volume controls are stacking underneath the slide content. In IE they stack correctly over the slide content. (see the attached images.)
We've seen a similar issue on our side, and we've logged it as a software bug. To be sure the problem you're seeing is related, we'd love to test your file on our side.
