There seems to be a bug where a block of closed captioning will appear stacked above another instance of closed captioning (ie. multiple videos in a scene). This seems to occur when you cue a video forward or backward in the player (suspending media content), and navigate to watch another slide with a second or even a third video.
I am happy to share that the latest build for Storyline 360 that was released this morning fixes this issue that you are describing. You can find more details about this update here:
