I'm having problems with some closed captions not displaying. I have five captions in an srt file. Two out of the five display on screen (3 and 5). I haven't been able to figure out why the others don't. Looking for help! Thanks!
Thanks for including the .srt file. I imported it into Storyline 3 using these steps, and I also saw only captions 3 and 5 when I previewed the file. I'd like to get help from our Support Engineers on this, so I opened a case for you (01056681). Keep an eye on your inbox for a message from from Support@Articulate.com. You'll hear from us shortly!
Hi Kathleen, I haven't had a chance to try your file in Storyline but did look at it. I believe it might be the hard return between the time code and the text. You will notice 3 and 5 don't have this extra space. If you don't see it, it might be the text program you are using to view it. You might want to try removing those. Hope that works!

Hi Kathleen!
I checked in on your case, and my colleague Abel is testing the .srt file now. You should hear back from him soon!

That worked! Thanks David for solving the mystery!
Thanks for popping in to help, David. You saved the day!
Great pickup David, I'm sure that will help a lot of people troubleshooting their caption files.
Glad it helped! I noticed in a project I had created that those spaces and hard returns cause a lot of issues.
