So I'm hitting a issue with closed captions and audio, I have 4 or more audio files in the same slide containing voice overs and when i add captions the captions for every file shows even when the audio is not playing.
Any chance someone knows a good fix or some sort of option to help with this issue as i need all the files to be separated.
Hmm, that's definitely strange. It looks like you're on an outdated version of Storyline 3, so I would recommend updating to the latest version as a first step.

Oh no, the captions are overlapping? That definitely doesn't sound right! I'm happy to help you sort this one out.
First, what version of Storyline are you using? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline.
Also, does this happen when you're previewing the slides in Storyline, or only after publishing?
This happens when i preview,
I'm using version 3:3.315007.0
Its not so much that they are overlapping its more that even though the audio is not playing or triggered the captions show up at the bottom still.
