I've been having issues with my notes randomly changing color from black to white as I work within my course. More recently, colors have been changing and items within a State have been moving. I first noticed this when publishing in Review but now I'm seeing it in my storyline file (image attached). I'm up to date but uninstalled and reinstalled as well as restarted my computer (although I do this regularly). Anyone else having these issues?
As a troubleshooting step, try importing your slides to a new project file to see if this helps. The issue might be specific to the affected slides, and importing them into a new project might correct the behavior.
If the issue persists, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
