We are working on embedding tincan files generated with Articuate Storyline 360 and we are getting problems with the webview when coming back from fullscreen to normal view in the middle of the course. The slide doesn't resize until the user goes to the next slide. Reloading is not an option because we get the Resume option.
Any idea?
In Android is working properly, but in iOS we are getting this behavior. I attach a screenshot.
Hello, Luis! Thanks for those screenshots. It looks like the slide becomes off-center when switching from Portrait mode to Landscape mode, is that right?
Also, are you viewing the course on mobile Safari or mobile Chrome?
