How do I get completed text entry fields to carry over from slide to slide?
I'm trying to build a course where the user follows a program. One step in the program requires the user to add a name. Whatever they type should then appear in two different spots in each of the remaining 6 slides.
Thank you so much, this is great! You don't know what you don't know, I just figured it had to be possible from some of the demos I've seen. I can use this to have learners complete CAD masks as well now.
This is a wonderful forum and I appreciate all the help I've seen here.

Hi Diane
have a text box or shape on the remaining six slides and insert the variable reference so it will look something like
%variablename%
Create the text box, then select the Insert > reference option, the variable dialog box will open and you can choose the variable you want.
Hi Diane!
Looks like Wendy has popped in to assist you here. I just wanted to share our documentation as well.
Variables collect and store data in Articulate Storyline. Variable references let you display that information anywhere in your course. Here's how.

Glad to hear it Diane and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
