Completely blank browser screen when client viewing SL2 content

I have published a course with settings Flash/HTML5 and one client trying to view it sees a completely blank screen, I think in Internet Explorer.

Is this likely to be a Flash issue, or HTML5, or an old browser version, or perhaps a Firewall setting?

Hi John,

Are you sending him a link to the published content hosted somewhere or are you sending him the contents of your published  zip file? The latter may not play locally either based on his Flash security restrictions or the way the course was shared so I'd confirm that you're uploading to the intended publish environment and then sharing that link.
