Conditional Feedback on Quizes

Hello,
I'm have a few quiz slides that have custom feedback by choice and a limit of 2 attempts per question.
I'm wondering if there's a way to make it so that second time they choose an 'incorrect' answer, instead of getting custom feedback, they actually get a standard incorrect layer that gives them the correct answer.
I'm pretty sure it's possible to do this using conditions on triggers, but I'm not completely sure how.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thank you!
Mariana

You could add a variable to keep track of whether the the question had been answered once or twice (maybe a trigger on the submit button that increased the variable by 1 each time it is clicked). You could then use that variable to trigger a 'show layer' (a layer that shows the correct answer) with a condition the variable has a value of 2.
Acutally, that would still show the custom feedback the second time around, but if you added the trigger to show the "correct answer" layer to the beginning of each feedback layer (when timeline starts and with condition that the variable has a value of 2) it would basically skip the feedback layer and go straight to the correct answer.
Thanks Josh! Maria, please let us know if that works for you and if you need any other help!
Thanks for the quick response Josh!
I did end up using a trigger to track attempts and an extra 'correct answer' layer!
Very much appreciated.
Cheers,
M.
