Conditional object trigger crashes storyline

Hello! I'm hopeful that someone here can help me.  I  am trying to finish off a course in Storyline 360 and I am unable to select any conditional object triggers for my knowledge check question feedback layers without the program crashing. This course was due this morning, but I can't get the quiz question feedback to work correctly without conditional triggers. I just installed the latest update to the software and the problem is still there.  Can anybody help or provide insight?

I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.74.30180.0)

In this update, we have implemented a fix for:

  • Storyline 360 crashing when adding conditions to triggers or publishing to Word.

As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:
