Configuring Manifest File

Hi there- I am fairly new to Storyline 360... all I have done so far is design and publish. I recently had to send the .zip file outside of our company for them to put into their LMS system. I received this back from them:
"We need to have the “manifest file” configured to specify the content completion language as outlined below, per SAP’s support. We reached out because some users reported not being able to return to the content after exiting it mid-session." (Per SAP: "Please engage the Content Developer to verify the manifest file from this Content package and add the configuration line, as mentioned on the KBA above.")
This has gone far above my head and I am hoping someone can help me understand the steps I need to take to revise this file? Thank you!

Hi McKenzie, which verision of SCORM are you publishing the course as? You shouldn't really need to be making any changes to the manifest file after publishing the content. The completion and bookmarking should be taken care of. It's possible you have not configured something correctly in the course.
