I just wanted to pop in and let you know that it looks like part of your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response.
To piggyback on this topic, we are having the same issue across all of my Storyline 360 users. It looks to be specifically content from Pexel.com. We were previously able to see these images and it's only in the "photos" category, illustration, video, etc. work perfectly.
Is this an issue with the content on the Articulate side or does something need to be whitelisted on our end? This appears to be affecting multiple users.
Great question! I understand you aren't seeing some of the photos in the content library. I would be happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a follow-up question regarding the situation so I can better understand what you are experiencing.
Do you have the domains listed in this article added to your allowlist? Doing this will give you the best experience with Articulate 360 services.
Thanks for reaching out and I look forward to your response!

Hello Beverley,
This is often an indicator of an endpoints issue - https://articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-360-Network-Endpoints
Thank you. I will ask my help desk to check it out.
