Hi All, I've been having a few issues with the recently purchased Articulate Storyline 360, anytime I click on 'Photos, icons' etc a pop-up message appears saying "You are offline. Please connect to the internet and try again". I'm obviously connected to the internet if I'm writing this message. Our IS department also download the software onto my computer. Is anyone able to shed any light on this? Thanks, Conor!

Hi Conor,

I know a few folks have seen that message when the particular endpoints/ports needed to access Articulate 360 aren't enabled. I'd suggest connecting with your IT team and have them look into enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here.

If you're still stuck, let us know. We'll want to have you work with our Support Engineers at that point!
