No Internet Connection in Articulate 360

I am getting an error message saying No Internet Connection when i am trying to launch Articulate 360.  I am in fact connected to the internet.  Does anyone know why I'm getting this message, or have a fix for it??

Hi Shari,

It's possible the connection to Articulate 360 is stuck based on ports and network endpoints that aren't available. You can look at enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here with your IT team to confirm that those are working correctly.
