Content Library Error Message

I am trying to access the content library on storyline 360, however the attached message keeps appearing. 

I have the up to date version of storyline and whitelisted the websites as well. 

Can anyone help?

That message typically means that a content filter, proxy, or firewall is blocking access to these assets. However, since all of our required ports and endpoints are already open for business, we'll need to dig deeper! 🕵️‍♀️

Would you be able to record a quick Peek of what happens when you search for various terms? I'm curious if this happens with certain types – i.e., Photos, Illustrations, Icons, Videos.
