I created content through Rise and Storyline for a project I was working on. I had access to the links and was told they would remain even after the free trial. However, upon attempting to share the link, it says "someone might have deleted the file." Is there any possible way I can access these again to download? Please!!
We only keep online content on our servers up to six months after a trial subscription ends. I took a look at when your trial subscription expired and it looks like it was past the 6 month mark. You can check out this article for more information:
