Hello, I am having a 50/50 success rate in converting both SL1 and SL2 to 360. The most common issue I'm running into is that my main slides are losing their navigation when in desktop mode.
I have also noticed in a few instances that I'm gaining a phantom image, it displays as a broken link to an image, but when I open the original files in SL2 the image isn't there either so not sure what that is. I can't delete that image, either.
I've attached the main issue I'm having with losing the navigation.
What version of Storyline did you use to create this course?
I opened it in Storyline 360, I noticed you're using a player color scheme called KU Color Scheme v4. Each feature in this custom player is white, so it looks like the navigation buttons are hidden. By choosing the built-in default player, the navigation buttons will be visible again.
Can you tell me more about the phantom image you're seeing? Can you share a screenshot of a particular slide where you're seeing this?
