Does anyone know if it is possible to Create a Freeform interaction using multiple layers? I just tried it and items on non-base layers don't show up as options.
Currently, Freeform interactions are restricted to the base layer. Same with Zoom. But I've seen some feature requests come in to see those options be opened up in the future. Thanks for posting!
Thanks for the response, Ashley. I'm trying to do a video lesson with knowledge check quiz pops-up at different cue points. Thus at cue point 1 of the video, a question pops up and after response (and feedback) video continues to next cue point with question etc. Hope this makes sense.
I was trying to do this with layers but it looks like i might have to do it with different slides instead. It was suggested i could use a lightbox for this but yet to investigate how to do it.

Thanks. That would be a great feature!
I'm wondering if this is functional now or in the pipeline to be rolled out soon.
Hi Maxwell,
Question types, including the freeform interactions can be set up on the base slide layer, not any individual slide layers. Thanks for checking in.
Can you tell us a bit more about what you'd like to set up and that may help the community generate some other ideas for you!

Hi Maxwell! We have a great article on making videos interactive with quiz pop-ups. It addresses a lot of the decisions that you're making now.
I hope that helps!
