Hi All! I am SUPER new to using Storyline 2.. in one of my software simulations I have the feedback "Correct" or "Incorrect" triggered, however it is showing up with no grey background box (just text). How do I get it to have the grey background too? Thanks!
Hey there, Felicia. Have you done any work in the Feedback Master view? On those particular slides, right click the background of the slide. You should see a Layout option to show which layout you're using.
Check that layout in Feedback Master view to make sure it is formatted correctly there. Or you can switch the feedback layout of those slide layers, on the chance that you are using something other than the default.
