Correct questions counter

I have a quiz, where in the bottom of each question slide there is used a variable which count if the question was correctly replied (please, see sample below).
But when I added a new question slide to the already existing quiz, exactly on this new slide this variable does not work.
Should be like this:
But on the new slide 'counter' is not working:
I double-checked everything, and all question slides have completely similar Triggers.
Please, advise...

Actually the issue was that the correct layer was using the Incorrect Feedback Master Slide template.
Articulate support helpded me in figuring this out, but thanks again you and Leslie for your support.
