We use the Sofia Pro font (Adobe CC) for Storyline courses. Recently, I'm experiencing the font displaying incorrectly only when I preview or publish. When I'm working in the course, it displays correctly. I opened a blank file and got the same results.
This recently started happening unexpectedly. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the font as well as the course with no success.
Note that I absolutely have the font installed on my machine.
Any help is appreciated and I posted screen shots.
