I published a course on Storyline 360 and when I clicked on View Project it did not play. It was running fine till the previous publish. I have tried clearing the cache, changing the location of the file, publishing it in the myarticulate projects folder, publishing in both LMS and Web versions--neither plays the course. I just followed the same process for an earlier module three days back and it worked fine. In fact, I am not even able to preview the course now. FYI, this course has images and content.
Can please help me out with what might have gone wrong? If any of you have faced a similar issue, can you share what resolved it?

hard to say what's going on without seeing the file. Can you upload the .story file here and someone can take a look and try to help you troubleshoot.
